Egg Fried Rice With Tofu. Add soy sauce, chilli oil if using, toasted. Cook until soft then add carrots and bell peppers.

Add the rice, chilli jam, a splash of water and a pinch of sea salt and black pepper, then toss for 2 minutes until everything is well coated. Add the diced onion and bell pepper. Saute for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Heat Vegetable Oil In A Large, Deep Saucepan Over Medium Heat.
Season with 1tbsp of light soy sauce and 1/2tbsp of oyster sauce; Next, add the tofu you cooked earlier. Allow to sit undisturbed for a few minutes to brown.
If You Want To Add Even More Protein To This Meal, Top With A Fried Egg Or Two.
Lower flame and add cubed tofu. Followed by zucchini, cabbage, peppers that take a minute to cook. Increase the flame/heat and add the soya sauce and chilli sauce.
